You must keep the comfort of your guest in mind while planning the wedding.

If you have an outdoor wedding during summer, make sure to provide paper fans or umbrellas to block the sun.

See that the music sound is not too loud as it can annoy the guest and make it tough for them to converse properly..

Keep Your Guest Full At All The Time

At Indian weddings, food is a priority. Guest expects to find out interesting food items and try out something new.

One key element for you as a wedding organizer will be to manage time. As feeding the guests on time is the key. If your events have a big gap in between, offer self-serve munchies or snacks.

Consider the Likes and Dislikes of your Guest

Yes, it is your wedding and you must do what you like but if you want your guests to enjoyed your wedding too. Make sure to keep their likes and Dislikes in mind.

They are the ones whose presence will add light to your show. Think about your guest list, who are attending ( family members, people from other cities and countries, etc), and then do your drink, food, and music selections.
