Questions families ask before joining
Is the ShaadiTaiyari matrimony app free?
Yes. Creating a profile, searching, Kundali matching and chatting with members who accept your interest are all free, and free members can send 5 interests a day. Bronze, Silver and Gold plans start at ₹299 a month and add more interests, profile visitors and better placement in search.
Is my ShaadiTaiyari vendor account the same as my matrimony account?
No. The matrimony app at app.shaaditaiyari.com has its own sign-up. Accounts on shaaditaiyari.com are for listing and booking wedding vendors. To use the matrimony app, register or log in at app.shaaditaiyari.com.
Who can see my profile and photos?
You decide in Settings: Everyone, Members only or Hidden. Full details and photos are shown only to verified members, and you can hide your income too.
How do interests and chat work?
Send an interest to a profile you like. The member can accept or decline, and you are notified when they accept. From then on you can chat, and call if they allow calls. Gold members can also message before an interest is accepted.
What are Match Rooms?
Match Rooms are private, live rooms where two connected members play short question games. Each person answers privately and the answers are revealed together. The results are conversation starters, not a compatibility score.
What does the verified badge mean?
The member has confirmed both their email address and phone number. Verification is optional, but verified members rank higher in search, and you can choose to see verified profiles only. Members can also verify their photos with a 20-second live selfie.
Can parents create a profile for their son or daughter?
Yes. Many families create and manage profiles together. Make sure the person the profile is about knows and agrees, and that every detail is accurate.
Is Kundali matching required?
No. It is an optional tool for families who value it. It needs a date, time and place of birth on both profiles, and it is meant as guidance, not a substitute for a qualified astrologer.
How do rewards work?
